About the Role
We are now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Baylor Shift. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep personal relationships with patients and their families while working within a supportive team. You will be responsible for administering medication to residents in accordance with their care plans and performing treatments as assigned per physician's orders. A key part of your day involves accurately reporting and recording resident conditions, including signs and symptoms that may indicate changes in health, all while adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines.
