While skilled nursing experience is preferred, we believe passion and attitude matter most, and new graduates are welcome with training and support provided.
In this role, you will assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents and patients for a shift of duty. You will provide nursing care through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Your day will involve managing the environment to maintain resident safety, supervising nursing assistants and helpers, and adhering to all North Shore policies, state Nurse Practice Act standards, and applicable JCAHO guidelines.
