About the Role
We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Night Shift (NOC) positions at Rib Lake Health Services Agency. If you are tired of cancelled shifts bouncing between facilities, this role offers a reliable schedule with 8 or 12-hour shifts designed to help you stop chasing shifts and start building stability.
Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON, you will assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents or patients for your shift. Your day will involve providing nursing care through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. You will adhere to standards of care for the area, manage the environment to maintain safety, and supervise the care activity performance of nursing assistants and helpers. The role requires following all North Shore policies, procedures, and the State Nurse Practice Act, as well as applicable JCAHO standards.
