We are looking for an RN with an active license and a heart for elder care. While skilled nursing experience is preferred, we believe that passion and attitude matter most, and new graduates are welcome with training and support provided.
In this role, you will assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents and patients for a shift of duty. You will provide nursing care through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care, adhering to the standards of care for the area. Your focus will be on managing the environment to maintain resident safety and supervising the care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. You will follow all North Shore policies and procedures, adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act, and follow applicable JCAHO standards.
