As a Registered Nurse at Solara, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care team, guiding individuals through their recovery journey with compassion and clinical expertise. This role goes beyond standard nursing duties; you will serve as a liaison between administration, physicians, and families, ensuring that every patient receives holistic care that addresses their physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
In this position, you will lead the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. You will develop and coordinate comprehensive nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff. Your day will involve directing and supervising the care team, delegating tasks based on patient acuity and staff capabilities, and ensuring that all care adheres to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for managing complex medication regimens, conducting thorough assessments, and initiating emergency measures when necessary. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in discharge planning and patient education, empowering families to manage care effectively after leaving the hospital.

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Six (6) months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting. Experience demonstrating critical thinking, decision-making, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced clinical environment.
