About the Role

As an RN Cardiac Intermediate Care, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. You will serve as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience, assessing patient conditions during admission and each shift, performing ordered procedures, and administering prescribed medications while monitoring responses.
