About the Role
This position serves as a vital support pillar for our Wealth Management Solutions program. You will be the operational engine behind our Associate Financial Professionals, Financial Service Representatives, and Lead Financial Professionals. Your day will involve orchestrating the logistics of member appointments, managing advisor schedules, and executing marketing initiatives that bring our solutions to Credit Union employees and members.
You will be the face of the program at the member level, coordinating everything from seminar logistics and lobby marketing materials to personalized birthday cards and newsletters. Beyond administrative excellence, you will play a key role in program success by tracking referrals, conducting training for Credit Union employees on program processes, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance and data security policies.
