About the Role
We are seeking a Retail/Sales Co-worker to join our Tampa, FL team for a 3-month contract (with possible extension) in the Kitchens and Appliances department. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail environment and are passionate about helping customers find the perfect solutions for their homes.
In this role, you will act as an expert consultant, guiding customers through a broad range of home furnishing products and services. Your day will involve balancing customer service with operational excellence: ensuring the sales floor is tidy, priced, and fully stocked to create a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with market hall coworkers and shopkeepers to maintain a seamless environment, handling tasks such as merchandising, condensing pallets, and removing damaged merchandise. Additionally, you will assist in assembling display products for new introductions and may occasionally lift, carry, or transfer items weighing up to 50 lbs.
