About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for managing the full lifecycle of the stores, from construction and opening to daily operations and the final tear-down.
In this capacity, you will serve as the primary leader for all aspects of store management, including driving sales, managing payroll, recruiting and training staff, handling employee relations, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink. The position demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to actively participate in the physical setup and breakdown of store fixtures alongside your management duties.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.
Physical Requirements
The nature of this seasonal operation requires significant physical activity. Successful candidates must be prepared to stand and walk for in excess of eight hours daily, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
