About the Role
This position is designed to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, serving as a vital support to the customer experience. You will be responsible for the operation of floor care equipment, including scrubbers and buffers, as well as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Beyond floor care, you will uphold organizational and recovery standards across the entire store, including the sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms.
A key aspect of this role is flexibility; you will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, such as the backroom, front end, and sales floor, to support the evolving needs of the business. You will model established customer experience practices, communicating effectively with management and associates while embodying a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your efforts will directly contribute to loss prevention, shrink reduction, and the maintenance of a safe environment in accordance with all company policies and labor laws.
