About the Role

This position is designed for a colleague dedicated to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. You will be the guardian of our floor care standards, operating scrubbers and buffers while performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Beyond cleaning, you will embody our positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, ensuring that every area—from the sales floor to the backroom and restrooms—meets our high standards for organization and recovery.

You will be cross-trained to support the business needs across multiple areas, including the Front End, Backroom, and Sales Floor. This flexibility allows you to respond to changing directions and unexpected situations while upholding our merchandising philosophy and loss prevention controls. As a key member of the team, you will model excellent customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, communicating effectively with management and associates to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
