About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to driving store operations for Spirit Halloween. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the operational backbone for an average of three stores, overseeing the full lifecycle from construction and opening to daily operations and final tear-down.
In this capacity, you will manage all aspects of store performance, including sales targets, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for expense control and shrinkage prevention. The position demands a flexible schedule and the physical ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for over eight hours, as well as lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.
