The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for driving maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. The role requires strict adherence to all company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
This is a full-time position working up to 38 hours per week. The role demands high physical activity, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess prior retail or management experience.
