About the Role
The Branch Manager serves as the primary leader for a Chadwell Supply distribution branch, accountable for all daily functions, operations, and the team of operations employees. This role is designed for a smart, innovative, and hard-working individual who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to build a long-term career, as many of our current leaders started in similar roles and grew within our network of 29 branches across the country.
In this role, you will facilitate all aspects of daily operations, manage company resources, and expand customer service areas. You will be deeply involved in the workflow, from assisting with order processing and delivery logistics to ensuring a safe, clean, and organized distribution center. The Branch Manager is expected to be a hands-on leader who not only supervises but also actively participates in operations tasks, including pulling orders, packaging, and vehicle inspections, to ensure prompt and accurate product delivery.
