Our team is dedicated to ensuring the smooth flow of inbound materials and outgoing shipments, requiring a versatile skill set to handle the multifaceted aspects of order fulfillment.

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator serves as a pivotal link in our logistics and administrative workflow. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment where precision and initiative are key. You will manage the end-to-end process of receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory, while simultaneously coordinating the packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders.

Your day will involve a blend of warehouse floor activities and office-based coordination. You will interact with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, while also maintaining rigorous inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation. Beyond logistics, you will act as a versatile support resource, stepping in to assist the Sales Support Specialist with web orders or serving as a backup for office and accounting functions when needed. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, from processing invoices to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
