We are seeking a motivated Trader Trainee to join our North American team for a comprehensive 12-month trainee program. This role is designed for individuals who exhibit curiosity, resilience, a growth mindset, adaptability to change, and a strong team spirit. The program may lead to a full-time position upon successful completion.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in trading metals and alloys by engaging directly with suppliers and customers. You will support the execution of transactions, navigate complex supply chains, and contribute to building profitable outcomes for the organization. Your day-to-day will involve participating in the purchasing and sales process, building relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting market research to support new business development initiatives. You will also assist in resolving claims and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
