As a Full Time Inventory Associate at LG-OSS, you will serve as the operational backbone for our client's designated garages in Springfield, MO. Reporting directly to a Supervisor, your primary mission is to ensure daily activities meet strict client needs while embodying the P.A.L.S core values through consistent performance and adherence to policy. You will act as the vital communication link between the client and LG-OSS, ensuring seamless operations across primary and backup locations.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high inventory quality and quantity, aiming for 98% or above scan compliance. Your day involves managing stock through First In/First Out (FIFO) principles, ensuring garage product signs are correctly placed, and maintaining a clean, organized desk area. Safety is a core component of your daily routine; as a Safety Advocate, you are responsible for maintaining an accident-free work environment amidst loud noises, bright lights, and varying interior temperatures.
This position operates within a warehouse setting where you will routinely encounter loud noises and temperature fluctuations that may match exterior weather conditions. The role requires the physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, as well as the dexterity to lift, bend, twist, sit, and stand for extended periods. You will utilize pallet jacks, laptops, and scanners to execute daily tasks.
Travel expectations for this role include 0% to 25% local travel (less than 100 miles one way) and 0% to 10% extended travel (more than 100 miles one way) annually, allowing for flexibility in supporting various garage locations.
Candidates must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screening to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate possesses a High School Diploma or GED, along with at least 6 months of warehouse or inventory experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to operate a pallet jack are essential. An active smartphone or equivalent device is also required to facilitate daily reporting and communication.
