About the Role
This position is vital to our operations, serving as the bridge between donated goods and our retail or shipping channels. You will process items for sale by accurately determining their value or collectible interest, ensuring that our inventory is ready for the next stage of the customer journey. Your work directly supports our goal of maximizing the impact of every donation.
In this role, you will assist the shipping department by picking items from daily lists, managing inventory of collectibles and jewelry, and handling fragile items with care. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, moving containers using pallet jacks, and ensuring the shipping area is stocked with necessary packing materials. Success in this role requires building effective working relationships with internal customers and modeling our core values through teamwork and cooperation.
