About the Role

The Herff Jones Cap and Gown team, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our products reach students and families on time, supporting our mission to create memorable experiences.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an active part of our daily operations. Your day will involve a variety of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, and twisting. You will work in an environment with moderate to above-moderate noise levels, often standing, walking, squatting, and pushing or pulling for 8–10 hour shifts. The role requires the ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and recognize colors and different cloth styles. Additionally, you will utilize computer skills for extended periods and perform reading, communication, and math tasks commensurate with job duties.
