About the Role
The Equipment Operator is the backbone of daily distribution activities, ensuring productivity and quality within the assigned area of the facility. This role is defined by a commitment to safety, operational expertise, and the company's core values. Approximately 60% of the work involves operating powered lifting equipment, such as forklifts, stock pickers, or reach trucks, to move product throughout the facility.
You will work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where you are expected to interact with supervisors and work groups to exchange information on immediate tasks. Beyond operating equipment, you will contribute to a safe work environment through continuous housekeeping and participate in group settings to implement and suggest improvements to the distribution process.

Requirements
