About the Role
The Herff Jones Cap and Gown team, based in Arcola, IL, is seeking seasonal warehouse associates to join our order processing team. This role is vital to our mission of celebrating student milestones, ensuring that graduation apparel orders are pulled, packed, and inspected with precision to meet high production and quality standards.\n In this position, you will become an integral part of a team that handles a wide variety of product lines. You will gain hands-on experience in warehouse processes, learning to select materials based on quality standards, colors, styles, and shades. As you grow within the team, you will also have the opportunity to learn how to train and direct new personnel, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to the success of the operation.
Shift and Schedule
This is a seasonal position running from January through April. The role is based on the First Shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Please note that mandatory overtime is required, which may include some Saturdays.
