About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate III, you will be a vital support pillar across all departments, including receiving, storing, inventory management, shipping, dispatch, and picking. You will assist with scheduling trucks, uploading orders to third-party partners, and helping implement new processes and changes. A key aspect of this position involves mentoring and assisting co-workers in developing their skills, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in broader process improvement initiatives.
The day-to-day involves operating facility material handling equipment and performing end-user computer functions, such as data entry and interpreting information from warehouse systems. This role requires standing and walking for considerable lengths of time, bending to floor level, and lifting up to 50 lbs. It is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in a team environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and detail.

Requirements
- verifiedProficiency in operating material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, Box Truck)

- verifiedProficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
- verifiedDemonstrated ability to train and certify new hires in warehouse functions and equipment operation
