About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our wait staff as full-time or part-time waiters/waitresses. In this role, you will be more than just a server; you will be an educator and guide for our patrons. You will be expected to thoroughly learn the menu, continually update your knowledge on daily specials, and confidently educate guests on their options to guide them through their meal.
Success in this position requires the ability to think quickly and take problems in stride. You will handle complaints with patience and grace, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression. Working well as part of a team is essential, as you will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain a seamless dining flow.
