About the Role
Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 2 for Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorehead, Minnesota. In this role, you will drive an innovative catering program throughout the campus and community. As the Catering Manager, you will serve as a bridge between Sodexo and our clients, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are identified and met. You will educate and develop rapport with clients to promote strong partnerships, fostering a customer-centric culture that strives to exceed expectations. Your day-to-day involves coordinating all unit catering initiatives to drive sales growth, maintaining high service levels, and ensuring strict adherence to HAACP standards. You will demonstrate resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client requests, managing catering operations at all levels from students to executives.
