Catering Manager 2

About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 2 to lead catering operations at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In this role, you will oversee all catering events across the campus, managing the full execution of services for a wide variety of gatherings. This position is pivotal in positively influencing student well-being and fostering a healthy learning environment by delivering high-quality food and service solutions.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Sodexo and the university, identifying customer needs and ensuring that both Sodexo and client goals are aligned. The role requires building strong partnerships with clients at all levels, from students to executives, and driving a customer-centric culture that strives to exceed expectations. You will coordinate unit catering initiatives to drive sales growth while maintaining strict adherence to HAACP standards and demonstrating quick responsiveness to client requests.
