About the Role
Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, this position serves as the operational backbone of our culinary team. You will be responsible for effectively managing all culinary operations of the restaurant, overseeing production, daily operations, and sanitation standards for both culinary and stewarding teams. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, ensuring that every dish served meets our rigorous standards for quality and efficiency while fostering a collaborative culture among staff and guests.

Requirements
- verifiedDegree or certification from accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from American Culinary Federation
