About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2, Multi-Service for Penn State Health in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This pivotal role supports both Environmental Services and Food and Nutrition Services, ensuring a clean, safe environment for visitors and staff while driving client and patient satisfaction scores.

You will partner with client teams to deliver innovative solutions, acting as the face of Sodexo with an exceptional client service mentality and executive presence. The position requires managing the Unit Operating System effectively, achieving company and client financial targets, and ensuring strict compliance with HACCP, regulatory standards, and infectious control protocols.
