About the Role
We are seeking a Chef Manager to join our team at FIS in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. This role is driven by the belief that great ingredients, culinary innovation, and nourishing inspiration provide meaning to your life's work. You will lead a Monday-Friday operation serving breakfast, lunch, and catering, with weekends and holidays off and no evening shifts required.
In this position, you will manage a team of four hourly employees while remaining hands-on with all aspects of running the business. You will be responsible for leading front and back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation. Your day will involve planning menus, managing food programs, controlling costs, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. You will also develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence, identifying new systems to improve efficiency and elevate the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
