About the Role

As a Bar/Lounge Manager at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, you will be responsible for daily shift operations and the supervision of staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. You will assist in promoting the lounge, participate in menu planning, and maintain high standards of service.

Your day will involve managing property liquor inventories and controls, enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently, and assisting servers on the floor during peak periods. You will determine necessary training to accomplish goals and implement plans to strengthen the food and beverage/culinary team. Additionally, you will assist in other outlets when needed, ensuring a seamless experience across the property.
