About the Role

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product Owner leads the strategic evolution of our enterprise security program, focusing on risk-based remediation and the reduction of the privileged attack surface. This role is pivotal in driving the rollout and adoption of the Delinea suite of products to deliver secure credential lifecycle management and privileged session monitoring. You will ensure our PAM program aligns with Zero Trust principles, enabling Just-in-Time (JIT) access and strengthening audit readiness.

In this position, you will own the product roadmap and lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate PAM capabilities with ITSM and security tooling. You will manage Privileged Access Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges technology, security, and business stakeholders. Your work will directly influence how we secure infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments while maintaining operational maturity and compliance.

Our Way of Working

We offer flexibility in how you work. At Synchrony, you have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
