The PAM Product Owner serves as the strategic leader for the enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) program at Synchrony. This role is critical to the organization's security posture, focusing on the risk-based remediation of high-risk privileged accounts and the reduction of the privileged attack surface. You will own the product roadmap for the Delinea suite of products, driving the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of secure credential lifecycle management, privileged session recording, and integrations with enterprise platforms like ITSM and SIEM/SOAR.
In this position, you will ensure the PAM program aligns with Zero Trust principles, enabling Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access where appropriate. The role requires building strong partner relationships across technology, security, and business stakeholders to strengthen audit readiness and deliver secure, scalable access solutions. You will lead a team of Privileged Access Analysts, fostering a culture of operational maturity and continuous improvement while translating complex security requirements into actionable product strategies.
