At Synchrony, we are building a future where everyone can belong, connect, and turn ideals into action. Our culture is inclusive, valuing individual skills, experience, and voice. More than 50% of our workforce is engaged in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), creating a safe space where community and passion intersect to foster learning and growth. We are proud to maintain an award-winning culture that supports diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
The PAM Product Owner leads the strategic evolution of our enterprise Privileged Access Management program, serving as the bridge between complex security requirements and business enablement. This role is critical for reducing the privileged attack surface and ensuring our infrastructure aligns with Zero Trust principles. You will own the product roadmap for the Delinea suite, driving the rollout and adoption of secure credential lifecycle management, privileged session recording, and deep integrations with enterprise platforms like ITSM and SIEM/SOAR.
In this position, you will not only define the multi-year strategy but also lead the team of Privileged Access Analysts. Your day-to-day involves cultivating durable partnerships across Security Operations, Infrastructure, and Audit teams to ensure our PAM capabilities evolve alongside our threat landscape. You will champion Just-in-Time (JIT) access models, enforce risk-tiered governance workflows, and translate high-level security goals into actionable delivery artifacts that drive operational maturity and audit readiness.
We offer flexibility to support your work-life balance. Our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
We are committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required for this position; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
