At Synchrony, we are building a future where everyone can belong, connect, and turn ideals into action. Our culture is inclusive, valuing individual skills, experience, and voice. More than 50% of our workforce engages in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), creating a safe space where community and passion intersect to foster learning and growth.
The PAM Product Owner leads the strategic evolution of our enterprise Privileged Access Management program. This role is critical for reducing the privileged attack surface and driving risk-based remediation of high-risk accounts. You will own the product roadmap for the Delinea suite, ensuring secure credential lifecycle management and privileged session recording while integrating seamlessly with our broader ITSM and security ecosystems.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will champion Zero Trust principles, enabling Just-in-Time (JIT) access and strengthening our audit readiness. Beyond managing the technology, you will lead Privileged Access Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational maturity. Your work will directly influence how we secure our infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments against evolving threats.
We offer flexibility to support your work-life balance. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
To join our team, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. We do not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this opening. The onboarding process includes a drug test, background investigation, and submission of fingerprints to satisfy Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
If you require a reasonable accommodation to apply for this job or to perform your duties, please contact our Career Support Line at 1-866-301-5627 (8am – 5pm CST, Monday to Friday). We are committed to providing accommodations such as alternate document formats, sign language interpreters, or specialized equipment.
