About the Role

This role serves as a technical leader within our cybersecurity infrastructure, dedicated to managing and enhancing our privileged access management (PAM) ecosystem. You will go beyond standard operations to provide strategic vision, guiding the PAM program's roadmap and ensuring our capabilities align with enterprise security objectives. As a mentor, you will influence the direction of our PAM initiatives, drive standardization, and champion automation to improve operational maturity.

Your day will involve deep collaboration with security leadership, network teams, and application stakeholders to design complex solutions and integrate diverse IT systems. You will be responsible for the health and resilience of our Delinea platforms, overseeing everything from credential lifecycle management to major platform upgrades. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our security posture while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement in our operational outcomes.

Our Way of Working

We offer flexibility in how you work. At Synchrony, you have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
