About the Role

This PAM Engineer role is designed to be more than just a maintenance position; it is a strategic leadership opportunity within our security infrastructure. You will serve as the technical authority for our Privileged Access Management (PAM) program, managing and enhancing our Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP) environments.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic vision. You will not only install, configure, and maintain the PAM platforms but also drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity. You will partner with security leadership to shape the PAM roadmap, ensuring our capabilities align with enterprise risk reduction and business objectives. As a mentor, you will guide engineers, influence architecture decisions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and reliability.

Our Way of Working

We are proud to offer flexibility in how you work. At Synchrony, you have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
