At Synchrony, we are building a future where everyone can belong, connect, and turn ideals into action. Our culture is inclusive, valuing individual skills, experience, and voice. More than 50% of our workforce is engaged in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), creating a safe space where community and passion intersect to foster learning and growth. We are proud to maintain an award-winning culture that supports diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
This role serves as a technical leader within our cybersecurity infrastructure, dedicated to managing and enhancing our privileged access management (PAM) ecosystem. You will be the driving force behind the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP). Beyond day-to-day operations, you will integrate complex IT systems—including databases, ServiceNow, and network devices—with our PAM vault to ensure secure credential management.
As a strategic partner, you will provide technical guidance to engineers, influence the PAM roadmap, and drive standardization and automation. Your work will directly align PAM capabilities with enterprise security objectives and business needs, ensuring operational maturity, audit readiness, and resilience. You will lead major initiatives such as platform upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of self-service workflows to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
We offer flexibility in how you work. At Synchrony, you have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
To apply, please submit your resume through our career portal. We are committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
