This PAM Engineer role is designed to be more than just a technical position; it is a strategic leadership opportunity. You will manage and enhance our privileged access management infrastructure, serving as a technical leader who guides the PAM program's direction. Beyond installing and configuring Delinea Secret Server and Server Suite, you will partner with security leadership to align PAM capabilities with enterprise security and business objectives.
In this role, you will drive standardization and automation, mentoring engineers and influencing the roadmap to reduce enterprise risk. You will be the bridge between complex technical integrations—connecting databases, ServiceNow, and network devices to the PAM vault—and the broader business needs. Your work ensures that our credential management processes are secure, compliant, and resilient, supporting a culture where security enables rather than hinders innovation.
We offer flexibility in how you work. At Synchrony, you have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
