This position serves as a technical leader within our cybersecurity infrastructure, focusing on the strategic evolution of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) program. Beyond managing the day-to-day operations of Delinea platforms, you will drive standardization, automation, and resilience across the enterprise. You will partner with security leadership to shape the PAM roadmap, ensuring our capabilities align with business objectives and reduce enterprise risk. This role is designed for a mentor who guides engineers, influences architectural decisions, and bridges the gap between complex technical requirements and operational excellence.
We offer flexibility in how you work. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, including regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
