About the Role

This PAM Engineer role is designed to be more than just a maintenance position; it is a strategic leadership opportunity within our security infrastructure. You will serve as a technical leader who not only manages and enhances our privileged access management (PAM) platforms but also mentors engineers and influences the PAM roadmap. Your work will ensure that our PAM capabilities align with enterprise security objectives and business needs, driving standardization, automation, and operational maturity.

In this role, you will partner with security leadership and cross-functional teams to design complex solutions, manage credential lifecycles, and lead major initiatives such as platform upgrades and resilience improvements. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing timely resolutions to ensure the seamless availability of our PAM systems.

Our Way of Working

We are proud to offer flexibility in how you work. At Synchrony, you have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
