This PAM Engineer role is designed to manage and enhance our privileged access management infrastructure while providing technical leadership across the PAM program. You will serve as a strategic partner to security leadership, influencing the roadmap to align PAM capabilities with enterprise security and business objectives.
In this position, you will go beyond standard operations to drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity. You will mentor engineers, lead complex solution designs, and ensure our PAM implementations meet rigorous audit and compliance expectations. The role requires a balance of hands-on engineering with high-level strategic planning to reduce enterprise risk and improve reliability.
We offer flexibility in how you work. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.

Internal Mobility
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this requirement is met, associates must have a minimum of 6 months' time in position before posting for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from their manager to post.
