About the Role

This PAM Engineer role is designed to manage and enhance our privileged access management infrastructure while serving as a technical leader for the PAM program. Beyond the core engineering tasks of installing and configuring Delinea platforms, you will provide strategic guidance, mentor engineers, and influence the PAM roadmap to align with enterprise security and business objectives.

You will drive standardization and automation, partnering with stakeholders to ensure our PAM capabilities effectively reduce risk. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex initiatives, from platform migrations to resilience improvements, while ensuring our systems meet rigorous audit and compliance expectations.

Our Way of Working

We offer flexibility in how you work. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.
• You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Internal Mobility: New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service before posting on other roles. Once this requirement is met, associates must have a minimum of 6 months in their current position before posting for future non-exempt roles. Employees at Level 8 or greater must have at least 18 months in their current position. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have manager approval to post.
