The VP, Human Resources, Customer Service serves as a strategic business partner to primary clients across the US, while collaborating globally with teams in India and the Philippines. This role is designed to drive critical thinking and execution across key HR priorities, including strategic workforce planning, career and skill development, operational excellence, employee experience, engagement, and performance management. The VP will act as an agent of change, fostering culture shifts to meet long-term business goals and cost targets while ensuring alignment between global servicing initiatives and local operational needs.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, or 12+ years of HR Leadership experience in lieu of degree; Master's degree in Human Resources or Business-Related Field preferred.
Demonstrated strength in coaching, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Proven experience as an effective business partner for senior levels. Experience within financial services and/or customer service organizations. A minimum of 2 years' experience working with remote/virtual teams. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Experience with regulations such as OFCCP audits, EEOC Complaints and resolutions, and AAP reporting. Master's degree in human resources or Business-Related Field. Strong influence and change management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and deliver high quality HR services in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
