About the Role
The VP, Human Resources, Customer Service serves as a strategic business partner, leading a team to support primary business clients across the US while partnering globally with teams in India and the Philippines. This role is designed to drive critical thinking for key priorities including Strategic Workforce Planning, Career & Skill Development, HR Operational Excellence, Employee Experience, and Performance Management. You will work closely with global HR teams to foster connections across global servicing initiatives, acting as an agent of change to drive culture shifts that meet long-term business goals and cost targets.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
