The VP, Finance serves as a strategic partner to the organization, ensuring the company's financial health across past, present, and future operations. This role is critical for driving strategic growth, optimizing EBITDA, and preparing the company for investment readiness. You will lead the finance, accounting, and IT teams, managing everything from budgeting and forecasting to capital allocation and M&A initiatives.
In this position, you will build a strong finance function that empowers the business to scale. Your day-to-day involves overseeing cash flow, ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements, and providing deep financial insights to department heads to drive margin improvement. You will be responsible for setting expectations, building a strategic team, and holding business units accountable to their financial goals.
