About the Role
The Senior Director, Finance Corporate FP&A – Capital and Portfolio Management provides financial leadership and oversight to the enterprise-wide capital allocation and portfolio strategy. This role ensures alignment with corporate priorities and risk/return objectives, partnering with and influencing enterprises and corporate senior stakeholders to deliver process transformation and data-driven insights that enhance investment performance. As the steward of Cargill's balance sheet usage and cash flow generation, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure value creation is delivered.
Work Environment
This role is based at Cargill's Global Headquarters in Wayzata, Minnesota. It currently offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of three (3) days in the office and up to two (2) days remote each week.
