About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven professional to join our Global Technology Finance Support Team. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support for the GTO Infrastructure & Operations organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with hands-on experience using Oracle Fusion ERP and modern AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools to enhance financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive actionable business insights. This position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and executive reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
- check_circlePerform detailed variance analysis to identify key business drivers impacting financial performance
- check_circleSupport executive decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations
- check_circleUtilize Oracle Fusion ERP and reporting tools to extract, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
- check_circlePartner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluations
- check_circleLeverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
- check_circleAssist with month-end close activities, accrual analysis, and financial reconciliations as needed
- check_circleSupport ad hoc executive reporting requests and board-level financial presentations
- check_circleIdentify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance workflows
- check_circleEnsure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting environments
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- verified7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, decision support, or corporate finance
- verifiedStrong experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- verifiedExperience using AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, or other automation and analytics platforms within finance workflows
