About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development Finance, this Manager will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, developing thoughtful and rigorous financial models to guide key strategic and capital allocation decisions. The role focuses on evaluating and executing external business development activities, such as acquisitions, licenses, commercial arrangements, divestitures, and minority investments, as well as ad hoc internal strategic projects.
You will operate with agility on a project-by-project basis, often without a set calendarized workflow. This position requires a unique blend of technical financial acumen and character traits like intellectual curiosity and a team-first mindset. You will interact weekly with Business Development Leads, Legal, Technical Accounting, and Tax, while also engaging ad hoc with Global Strategy leads, Commercial Operators, R&D Experts, Manufacturing, and the Zoetis executive team.
