As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play an integral role in crafting market strategy and driving its implementation within the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing financial and operating information to evaluate potential acquisitions and organic investment opportunities. You will gather and synthesize market data to inform company strategy and communicate critical insights across the organization, including to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments and senior leadership to negotiate transactions and synthesize due diligence findings. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining model templates, valuation policies, and due diligence best practices, as well as managing department databases. Your work will directly support our mission to safely and sustainably manage customers' multiple waste streams while unlocking new opportunities for advanced recycling and environmental solutions.
Candidates for this position should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to apply accounting and finance concepts to business development. The role is based at our new headquarters location beginning January 2026 in Phoenix, AZ.
