The Vice President, Dental Industry & Partnerships Leader serves as a pivotal strategic force within the dental ecosystem, reporting directly to the SVP of Independent Market & Expansion. This role is designed to drive market expansion and deepen industry relationships by setting and executing high-level partnership strategies that elevate the CareCredit/Synchrony brand.
As a senior external ambassador, you will act as the face of the organization, building trusted partnerships with major associations, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), strategic technology partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The position requires translating these relationships into high-impact programs, pilots, and measurable business outcomes. You will lead a team of dental professionals, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, credit, and operations to connect strategy with execution and deliver sustained growth.

Advanced degree (MBA, DDS/DMD, or equivalent). Deep knowledge of the dental/healthcare ecosystem (providers, DSOs, associations, education networks, and specialties). Strong understanding of consumer lending/financing products. Ability to navigate the dental technology landscape and anticipate trends.
