VP, Dental Industry & Partnerships

About the Role

The Vice President, Dental Industry & Partnerships Leader serves as a pivotal strategic force within the dental ecosystem, reporting directly to the SVP of Independent Market & Expansion. This role is designed to drive market expansion and deepen industry relationships by setting and executing high-level partnership strategies that elevate the CareCredit/Synchrony brand.

As a senior external ambassador, you will act as the face of the organization, building trusted partnerships with major associations, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), strategic technology partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The position requires translating these relationships into high-impact programs, pilots, and measurable business outcomes. You will lead a team of dental professionals, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, credit, and operations to connect strategy with execution and deliver sustained growth.

Our Way of Working

At Synchrony, we are proud to offer flexibility in how you work. Our approach allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. While remote work is supported, you will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, including regular business meetings, team training, and culture events.
