Airgain Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sales & Business Development function within the Information Technology sector. Focused on our advanced wireless connectivity and embedded antenna solutions, this role is designed to drive new business and expand existing accounts across OEMs, device manufacturers, and technology partners that rely on performance-critical wireless connectivity.
In this position, you will own a sales territory and customer portfolio, defining and executing a data-driven sales strategy that aligns with Airgain's growth objectives. You will build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline from prospecting through contract close. Leveraging your understanding of wireless, RF, and networking technologies, you will work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing to position Airgain's solutions effectively. A key part of your mission is to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value and tailor proposals to specific customer requirements.
You will lead customer engagements end-to-end, from identifying target accounts and qualifying opportunities to conducting discovery, delivering technical and commercial presentations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. As a people and process leader, you will establish sales forecasts, set and track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health and revenue performance. You will also serve as a strategic voice of the customer, bringing market insights and competitive intelligence back into the organization to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
This is an opportunity to contribute directly to Airgain's growth in cutting-edge wireless technology, expanding our footprint in performance-critical connectivity applications while working in a collaborative, innovative environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
